Requests received after the order has been started or in case the order has been completed will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a discount on next orders of refund, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Liability on goods which are being delivered can be taken by company only if there is an anounced cost of the order is provided during the placing the order and if the security payment 0.9% from announced cost of the order is paid to the company.

If paid by all card, refunds will be issued to the original all card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Servicio picked products & packages once booked and paid for at the www.bookservicio.com website are considered as a final order for shipping and are actioned within the given time with a delivery agent assigned for the dispatch of the goods, Servicio will refund the shipping fees within 30 days of receipt of payment only if the booking is canceled by the customer within 60 minutes of the payment received for the service. If customer fails to cancel the booking through a email informing the team at Servicio within given time of 60 minutes then it is not the result of an Servicio error, or failure, Servicio will not refund the original shipping fees. Once product's or packages picked from customers dispatch area or is considered as a final order or booking, Servicio will not refund the original shipping fees.
